For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of residential construction, estimating, design-build, and product selection. Throughout my career, I have learned that the best projects do not begin with beautiful finishes alone — they begin with clarity, confidence, and the ability to see what is possible before decisions are made.

That passion led me into the world of artificial intelligence and visual design technology. What started as curiosity quickly became an obsession with using AI to remove the guesswork from design, helping people move from imagination to realistic, buildable possibilities.

One of my favorite discoveries has been using AI visualization for short-term rental property renovations. Instead of waiting until a renovation is complete to market a space, AI allows owners and investors to create a realistic version of the future design before the work is done — helping future guests understand the vision and allowing properties to be booked for upcoming reservations with more confidence.

HollyCO Crafted Solutions was built from my love of construction, entrepreneurship, nature, and adventure. Living in the mountains has shaped both my personal life and my design perspective. I find inspiration in forests, lakes, architecture, travel, family adventures, and the belief that technology should make real-world decisions easier — not more complicated.
